Schimers & Associates has been in business over 20 years! I began my law career in 1988 after studying at the Detroit College of Law. Prior to my successful law career, I was a manager for a Fortune 100 company where I developed my practical knowledge and business acumen.
I initially worked for a major “silk stocking” personal injury firm in downtown Detroit before starting my own law center. I now serve the general public in all areas of the law with offices in Southgate, Southfield and Livonia. I have several published opinions – having practiced before the Michigan Court of Appeals and in the Federal District Court. You will find me appearing daily in one of the many District Courts or in the Wayne County Circuit Court in downtown Detroit. I am a past President of the Downriver Bar Association and member of the Wayne County Family Law Association.
Over the years, I have evolved into one of the most competent and well recognized attorneys in Southeastern Michigan. I am personally acquainted with most of the the District Court, Circuit Court, and the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court Justices. How many attorneys can make this boast!
Sincerely,
Bo Schimers
